Shipping is free (UPS Ground) within the US for orders over $100 and under $800

If shipping is international, please do not purchase through the website but instead contact us directly for a quote.

RETURNS

Pruskin Hardware is entirely handmade to order, and once an order has been placed, it is non-refundable.

I aim to make the highest possible quality work. With it being handmade, there is a normal variation, but mishaps do happen and can be overlooked. Please let me know within 14 days of receipt if this is the case.

If it is mutually agreed that an item has issues, a full return will be happily provided, and return shipping is free.
